Blakenhall is a suburb and ward in Wolverhampton, England.
Blakenhall’s name, according to toponymists comes from the Old English ‘blæc’, meaning ‘black’ or dark coloured, & ‘halh’ meaning ‘nook’ or ‘corner’.
