About Cliftonville

Cliftonville is a coastal Place of Margate in the Thanet district of Kent, England. It includes the Palm Bay estate, built in the 1930s with broad avenues and distant and semi-detached houses past driveways, garages and gardens.

The home covers the eastern share of Cliftonville and was fields later first built. It extends east beyond Northumberland Avenue and has been developed in phases. An earlier phase covered the northern ends of Leicester and Gloucester Avenues and the amassed of Clarence and Magnolia Avenues; the complex phase extending eastwards of Princess Margaret Avenue is a Wimpy-style housing house with little houses largely identical in flavor and of less substantial build quality than the native 1930s estate.
