About Codicote
Codicote ( KO-dih-kət) is a large village, and civil parish practically seven miles (11 km) south of Hitchin in Hertfordshire, England. It has timber-framed and chequered brick houses, of special assimilation being the 18th-century Pond House and the half-timbered Taverners Place (formerly used as a Peking restaurant called “As You Like It”, which was redeveloped in 2016 previously the George and Dragon Inn).
